What records do you need?
Provide bank and card statements, accounting exports, POS sales and tender reports, delivery settlements, supplier invoices and receipts for the same period.
How do you handle tips and delivery payouts?
We separate the amounts shown in POS and delivery reports, then match them to the books and bank deposits. Tip balances follow your firm’s approved treatment. Payroll calculations are outside this service.
Can you handle several restaurant locations?
Yes. We agree the workload across your locations and keep each entity’s records separate. Location-level reporting follows your firm’s existing setup.
Can you clean up a backlog?
Yes. We review the period, missing reports, old balances and unmatched transactions before agreeing the cleanup scope. Missing evidence becomes a question for your team.
Can you work in QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. We agree access and posting permissions with your firm. AI helps prepare matches and identify exceptions; the work is checked against source reports and your accounting rules.
